Noooooooo are you fucking kidding me? They’re trying to bring MOM JEANS back??? Literally your stomach has to be concave to wear this, and even then, this style will give every chick a pussy gut. I mean the only celebs I’ve seen dumb enough to wear this trend are Jessica Simpson and Lauren Conrad, and they BOTH looked fat (and they’re not, just in case anyone thinks I’m a fan of the lollipop anorexic look - EARTH TO CHICKS - GUYS LIKE A LIL’ BIT OF LOVIN’ TO HOLD ONTO, THANK GAWD).
In other news, obviously I was right about the ugly gladiator sandal trend they were trying to push on us since they are now all on major clearance (and not just because summer is ending, but literally I bet no one will wear these next year).
I’m also not above admitting that I am wrong. I had a bunch of gift cards at Saks that I had accumulated (thanks to my love of shopping), and I got a gorgeous pair of Christian Louboutin burgundy metallic flecked peep-toe slingbacks, and here’s the best part - THEY’RE ACTUALLY PRETTY COMFY. I thought 4.5″ heels would hurt no matter what but at the end of the day, my feet did not look like sausages! A lot of people say that you have to “size up” when you get CLs, but thankfully I am a true 36 (even smaller if it’s the d’orsay design). Note to designers: Make your shit BIG and chicks will dig it cuz we feel small and sexy in it if it has room to breathe, and better yet - actually eat something. We DO NOT like sizing up!
I will be more regular about posting since my buddy Phaedrus has been talking so much lately and being a blog hog (ooh that’s cute and I just came up with that!) There are tons of topics that I can talk about, including the new wedgie-free panty that I plan to review as soon as I can get my ass over to the mall to purchase one. People with butts get wedgies and I’m sick of this tanga-cut or “cheeky” cut bullshit which causes me to have large amounts of lace or cotton stuffed up my butt crack. Note to designers: This is NOT comfy, you assholes! Now if only someone could invent a wedgie-free panty that is actually SEXY I would be a very very happy girl.
