That link really says it all doesn’t it? You democrats that feel this way are fucking idiots. Have you looked at the issues that Obama and Clinton believe in? They’re virtually identical. The only real difference between them is that one is a (half) black male and the other is a white female. That’s about it. There are slight differences about how they want to accomplish their goals, but their end goals are pretty much the same.
So what does this ultimately say? That you don’t care about the beliefs and issues of the candidates, and just view it as one big popularity contest. How can you suddenly support someone so diametrically opposed to your beliefs? Have you been following McCain lately? He’s been pandering to the far right so much his jaw must be sore from all the GOP dick he’s sucking. Another 100 years for Iraq! Amnesty for telecoms that wiretap! Extend the Bush tax cuts!
Another thing. I think this would have been even WORSE if it had been the other way around. If Clinton had cinched the primaries i have a feeling Obama’s supporters would be even more vocal and bitchy. Mostly because it seems a big chunk of Obama’s supporters are millennial kids. Spoiled, bratty, entitled millenials. They probably would have withdrawn from politics for awhile… just long enough to turn 40 and become a republican.
